Serving with TEAM in Japan

Tim and Katie Cole are with TEAM in Japan. They feel the doors are wide open for reaching Japanese people for Christ through ministry related to family issues. Family Forum Japan is not only involved in teaching and preaching when these opportunities present themselves, but also in publishing books, videos, tapes and pertinent information on family issues.
The Coles have five children and one grandchild.

Four Coles are in Novato, California this evening (even though now
it's already Monday!). Our days have been full of great times with
old and new friends, and visits at churches who encourage us in what
we're doing. It is hard to describe our schedule when people ask.
We've been going in different directions. Emma has two more days of
work this week and then will take a few days off to be with the
family.   Amos is down in Los Angeles with Levi right now. They'll
be unloading the truck of Levi and Sarah's belongings on Tuesday.
Tuesday night Sarah and Phoebe will be arriving here from Canada -
yippee! We can't wait to see them again. Silas has moved into his
new house and is looking for work. We plan to head down south on
Saturday and have a few days of being together, getting acquainted
with Phoebe, and helping Levi and Sarah settle in. On August 20
Amos, Caroline and I will fly back to Tokyo so the kids can start
school on August 25. On August 20 Tim will fly to Colorado to meet
with the people at Focus on the Family for the first time since
2005. After that he will fly to Michigan to visit our supporting
churches there before returning to Japan on September 4. Whew!

We appreciate your prayers for our family and trust that you are
enjoying summer. Where has it gone? We've had fun seeing so many of
you and have been amazed at how small the world is - we keep meeting
friends who know other friends of ours, who know other friends of
ours.... Our visits this summer have been brief, but we look forward
to the time when we can visit forever together in heaven. What a day
that will be!
