Serving with Missionary Flights International in Florida

Missionary Flights International is a support ministry to over 700 missionaries in Haiti and Dominican Republic providing airline and cargo services. They also provide disaster relief for hurricane damaged areas. Brian is a maintenance specialist with MFI, servicing and repairing their fleet of three DC3s.

Terah is busy homeschooling the two boys and chasing after Sierra.

Letters

I just wanted to give an update on Swanee, one of the guys I work with at the hangar. His liver failed and last Saturday night he received a liver transplant. The last I heard he is recovering well. Please keep Swanee and his wife Karen in your prayers. Karen is also very sick from the Hepatitis and is actually doing worse than a couple weeks ago.

This week has been busy for our family. On Monday I traveled commercially with 2 of our pilots down to the Dominican Republic to pick up one of our airplanes that was being painted. It was not done when we arrived and we did not return home until Thursday. We stayed with a missionary family in Santo Domingo which gave us an opportunity to see a little of who we support. There are 9 kids in the family and there last name is Hoot. And we had a Hoot. They are an awesome family and I praise God for the time we had there. Terah left Friday morning for Ohio to visit some friends for the weekend. She is on her way home now. We appreciate all your prayers for our family.
