1. Have you ever had such a bad customer service experience that you swore off that company forever?  What happened?  Why are first impressions so important?

2. Asking ourselves A.W. Tozer's famous question - When you think of God, what’s the first word or image that comes to mind?  Why is this 'the most important thing about us?'

Diving Deeper

1. Read Luke 15:18-24.  What does this story teach us about how God responds to repentant sinners?

2. Read 2 Corinthians 5:17-21.  What assignment has God given us who believe and trust in Christ?  In other words, what role do we play in building up His Kingdom?

3. Read 2 Peter 3:9.  What does this verse teach us about God's heart?  How does this truth relate to the call to share the Gospel with others?

Life Application Questions

1. Before we go and represent Christ, we receive Him.  Our understanding of God fuels our evangelism.  How can you continue to sharpen your view of who God is - His character, heart, and works?

2. Who is one person in your life who is far from God right now?  What is one intentional step you can take this week?
