Pastor Baltazar and Ruth Tillo are serving in the Province of Misamis Occidental, Philippines. In Misamis Occidental, over 70% of the population lives in poverty while over 80% of the population have not heard Gospel. Their mission is to share the Gospel in their local communities. Their ministry involves providing much needed food and aid to their local community while providing Bibles and sharing the Gospel of salvation.
Currently, they are constructing a Missions Evangelism Project to expand their outreach and provide a gathering place to teach the Gospel in their community.
