Pastor Khongsai
Khongsai Khiobouakham grew up as a nonbeliever in Laos from a culture that valued spiritual rituals. Coming to America exposed him to the Bible, and he accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior in 1983. In 1988, he began his ministry at First Baptist Church in Santa Rosa, CA, under the leadership of Mark Sandlin and Kevin Clark. It is his honor and passion to teach and preach God’s words to the Lao-Thai community here in Sonoma County, and he is excited for what God has planned for the Lao-Thai community.
Hessel Church is blessed to have a Lao/Thai congregation that is passionate about following Jesus and spreading the good news to the Lao/Thai community in Sonoma County.
