Dave Owen was formerly president and taught at Pacific Islands University which is a small accredited four-year university with sites on Guam, Chuuk, Palau, and Yap. The goal of the college is to build servant leaders for Pacific communities. After battling cancer for several years, Dave passed away in 2019. Joyce continues to serve in Guam.
