Tom and Perri are missionaries with NOVO (formerly Church Resource Ministries). NOVO exists to develop leaders to strengthen and start churches worldwide . Tom’s roles are: revitalize pastors and their churches, accelerate the planting of healthy new churches and direct a CRM “Farm System” that assesses, coaches, and deploys leaders into God’s mission. Perri divides her time between being a mom and a doctor.
