Icebreaker Questions

1. Who’s a person whose story of faith has inspired you the most, and why?

2. Looking back, can you think of a “plot twist” in your life where God clearly redirected your story for good?

Diving Deeper

1. Read Romans 16:25.  What does it mean that God is able to strengthen you?  Also, why do you think Paul uses the language of 'my gospel?'

2. Read Romans 16:26.  This verse describes God revealing a mystery now made known to all nations.  Reflecting on the Book of Romans, what should our outlook be towards 'the nations?'

3. Read Romans 16:27.  How does Paul describe and exalt God in this final verse?

Life Application Questions

1. Part of the takeaway from this passage, as well as the whole letter to the Romans, is that we are to actively share our story of grace with others, giving the glory to God.  First, practice telling your story in a concise and God-centered way, and second, think about who in your life needs to hear your story?

2. What does it mean to give God the glory in all things?  Practically, how can you be giving God all the glory through the daily tasks of life?
